Welcome to The Night Shift

— a dream business born from the need to address the overlooked problem of self-care for overworked professionals.

This is more than just a space; it’s a solution for those who push through endless workweeks, sacrificing their well-being in pursuit of their goals. After years of working in high-pressure environments where my own self-care was always the last priority, I knew something had to change. That’s when I decided to build a sanctuary that would empower those who work tirelessly but rarely take time to recharge.

I’ve been there—feeling burned out, exhausted, and disconnected from myself after weeks of non-stop work. It's easy to put your health and peace of mind on the back burner when you're constantly hustling. But the truth is, if we work so hard for our dreams, shouldn’t we also create time to nurture ourselves?

The Night Shift is designed to solve this exact problem. It’s a place where professionals can step away from their hectic routines and unwind in a calming environment that’s about more than just relaxation—it’s about reconnecting with your mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re wrapping up a long workday or seeking a weekend retreat, we offer an experience that’s both refreshing and restorative, without the chaos of overcrowded bars or loud clubs.
Our mission is simple: to provide a space where you can reclaim a moment for yourself—no rush, no stress, just a welcoming atmosphere designed for your personal well-being.
At The Night Shift, we believe self-care isn’t just a luxury, it’s essential to keeping your dreams alive. That’s why we offer not just a place to unwind, but a chance to recharge so you can be at your best in all areas of your life.

What started as my personal dream has evolved into something much bigger. The Night Shift is now my passion project, created not only to elevate the lives of others but to empower individuals who have been historically underrepresented in entrepreneurship.

My vision goes beyond a single location—I’m committed to growing The Night Shift into a something bigger, offering opportunities for other people of color (POC) to build their own businesses and realize their own dreams. This journey is about creating lasting impact, both for myself and for my community.
The Night Shift is more than just a business—it’s a movement. It’s a place where hardworking professionals can finally catch their breath, treat themselves, and rejuvenate, so they can continue pursuing their dreams with renewed energy and focus.

Booking Policy - By booking with "The Night Shift", you agree to our policies: Deposits are required for appointments longer than 4 hours and for private events  24 hrs notice minimum is required for All Cancellations and rescheduling for all services No-shows are subject to a 90% charge or forfeiture of the deposit. Late arrivals risk service adjustments or appointment cancellation due to the lack of time to complete the service. Memberships have a 6 month commitment -  if you would like to cancel early it will be a 15% fee of the value of your monthly dues.  No refunds on completed services. See full policy for details.
