Booking Policy -

 

By booking with "The Night Shift", you agree to our policies:

 

Card on file: A valid card is required for all bookings. No deposit is required for regularly priced services. 

 

A deposit is required for discounted services and private events.

​

Cancellations and rescheduling: Free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancel anytime online through Vagaro, 24/7, until the 24-hour cutoff. You can also call, text or leave a voicemail at 831-818-1443 (more than 24 hours ahead). Within 24 hours, online cancellation closes and a non-refundable 50% fee applies.

No-shows: No-shows, or cancellations after the appointment start time, are charged 90% of the service value.

​

Late arrivals: Late arrivals are shortened, not extended, and the full price applies. We hold your appointment for 5 minutes (15-minute services), 10 minutes (30-minute services), or 20 minutes (60 minutes or longer). After that, the appointment is canceled and a 50% fee is charged.

Memberships: 3-month minimum commitment. Canceling early incurs a fee of 15% of one month’s dues.

Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian waiver, and a parent must accompany them to the first visit for all intimate services

​

Refunds and corrections

No refunds on completed services. Please review your results and let us know of any concerns before you leave, as service approval is confirmed at the end of your appointment.

Corrections: If something needs adjusting, we offer corrections within 24 hours of your service, subject to availability. This covers tan touch-ups, lash lift corrections, and waxing or brow adjustments (such as a missed patch or a shape tweak). To request a correction, contact us at 831-818-1443 or info@thenightshiftsc.com. Communication is required for all adjustments.

Conduct

Respectful conduct: We’re committed to a calm, welcoming space for every guest. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for hostile, aggressive or inappropriate behavior.
